Instructions
The supports on which the mortar will be applied must be free of dust, paint, oils or other substances that could impede proper adhesion. If the supports are absorbent, it is advisable to moisten them beforehand before application, but without allowing any standing water.
Mix the mortar with the required amount of water to achieve the desired consistency. For a fluid consistency, use between 13.5% and 14% by weight of water (3.25–3.5 litres per bag). Pour the mortar into the cavity to be filled. To make the most of the mortar’s expansive properties, it is recommended to use it within the first 15 minutes after mixing.
In deep holes, it is advisable to insert a tube to aid the expulsion of air and ensure that the entire space is filled. Once applied, protect from direct exposure to the sun and wind for the first 48 hours. Keep it moist during the initial curing days to achieve maximum final strengths.
