By placing a bet on renewable energy, ARENES BELLPUIG SL is investing in photovoltaics with a rooftop installation comprising 690 polycrystalline Canadian Solar panels of 265 Wp each and three 60 kW SMA inverters, one of the largest in both Lleida province and Catalonia. The projected output will exceed 270,000 kWh per year, of which 87% is expected to be used for self-consumption and the remaining 13% sold to the electricity grid as surplus. Self-consumed solar photovoltaic energy is a viable solution for reducing companies’ energy costs, while also saving 30,856.95 kg of CO₂ annually, the equivalent of the CO₂ emissions from the homes of 70 people or planting 1,142 trees.
